This Is a 40 minute call to discuss the finer details of your bridal hairstyle.
Service Description
This is a personalised one-on-one virtual session w/Rachel Arike. It is designed to help you define your perfect bridal hairstyle. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your wedding vision, hair texture, and inspiration to create a look that complements you beautifully. You’ll receive expert guidance on style options, hair preparation, extensions (if needed), and a clear plan for your big day — leaving you confident and excited about your final bridal look. Please have inspiration photos and wedding details ready for our session. NB//Please note that this consultation fee will be deducted from your bridal package upon booking. If you do not book with Rachel Arike, please note this consultation is non refunable.
Cancellation Policy
Important information: - All deposit payments are non-refundable. - If rescheduling is required, this must be 5 days before your appointment. Failure to reschedule 5 days before will mean you lose your booking and will not receive a refund. If the client misses an appointment and wishes to book a new service, they will be required to pay the full price. - Please also ensure 5-7 working days to order hair from Rachel Arike (if hair is not in available in our studio). - Hair bundles provided by the client for the appointment need to be clean, unused and ready for installation. - Please do not bring a plus one to your appointment. - Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and non-refundable. - If your hair requires no treatment or wash, please ensure your hair is detangled, clean and ready to be styled. - Emergency appointments may be available (check website for updates/call or email for availability). - NB// Please also note hair bundles are available to order upon request and are not included in your services unless specified in the description.
