This includes: Hot oil treatment or Scalp detox Hydro wash shampoo Steam Hydration Deep conditioning/Mud mask/Moisture Boost or a Protein Treatment Blow dry (please note - no straightening is included in your reset) Trim (if required) 1:1 Brief hair consultation and hair upkeep tips NB//Please note, an additional service of £30 for Straightening services. NB// Please note: The flat rate for this service is - £150
Cancellation Policy
Important information: - All deposit payments are non-refundable. - If rescheduling is required, this must be 5 days before your appointment. Failure to reschedule 5 days before will mean you lose your booking and will not receive a refund. If the client misses an appointment and wishes to book a new service, they will be required to pay the full price. - Please also ensure 5-7 working days to order hair from Rachel Arike (if hair is not in available in our studio). - Hair bundles provided by the client for the appointment need to be clean, unused and ready for installation. - Please do not bring a plus one to your appointment. - Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and non-refundable. - If your hair requires no treatment or wash, please ensure your hair is detangled, clean and ready to be styled. - Emergency appointments may be available (check website for updates/call or email for availability). - NB// Please also note hair bundles are available to order upon request and are not included in your services unless specified in the description.
