Service Description
Full service price is £100. This includes a hot oil treatment, trim and 1 treatment (see below). You then have the choice to have either 6-8 straight back cornrows or simple a protective style on your hair. A blowdry is included, no straightening. Please also note, no extensions or bundles are included in this service. You will have a choice of 1 treatment: Moisture boost & steam hydration Deep conditioning Deep cleanse mud mask Protein Treatment Flatrate - £100. NB// Additional service - Straightening hair is an extra service from £30.
Cancellation Policy
Important information: - All deposit payments are non-refundable. - If rescheduling is required, this must be 5 days before your appointment. Failure to reschedule 5 days before will mean you lose your booking and will not receive a refund. If the client misses an appointment and wishes to book a new service, they will be required to pay the full price. - Please also ensure 5-7 working days to order hair from Rachel Arike (if hair is not in available in our studio). - Hair bundles provided by the client for the appointment need to be clean, unused and ready for installation. - Please do not bring a plus one to your appointment. - Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and non-refundable. - If your hair requires no treatment or wash, please ensure your hair is detangled, clean and ready to be styled. - Emergency appointments may be available (check website for updates/call or email for availability). - NB// Please also note hair bundles are available to order upon request and are not included in your services unless specified in the description.
